Who We Are Makes the Difference

Hacienda continues to grow and innovate with full service casual dining restaurants, offering a fun, customizable experience, tasty affordable food and a wide variety of drinks. Our Guests have trusted us to deliver on that quality promise for over 40 years. We currently have 14 locations located throughout Indiana and enjoy a local reputation in each community.

With a mix of booths, tables, in both dining rooms and Cantina, Hacienda provides our Guests with options for groups large and small. We provide a place for Guests to connect with friends, family, coworkers and, not least of all, to connect with us! Also, for Guests on the move, we offer excellent carry out and catering services.

It is our mission to not only provide a Fiesta Experience for our Guests, but also to provide opportunities of our Amigos (employees). It is the goal of every unit manager to help you to be successful. As an Amigo, you can expect continuous growth and learning. Every day is filled with opportunities!

What to Expect When Interviewing

Hacienda accepts online applications as well as walk-in applications. We hire individuals without work experience who display eagerness and a pleasant, outgoing personality. The interview format is very relaxed and congenial. Questions are fairly standard and cover work history, career goals, and availability to work. Sometimes there are two separate manager interviews. The hiring decision is usually made immediately.
